House on a plot with a large slope, directly linked to the nearby nature
A house that takes advantage of the steep slopes on its land to create a large lower threshold linked to the lower part of the plot.
The main spaces of the house are located in the upper volume, being linked to the upper part of the land. This allows the pedestrian access to be located from the upper level, and the private spaces of the house to be located in an area protected from view.
This lower threshold houses a large porch under the house, where we can find the outdoor dining room, the pool, the barbecue, the vehicle access and other auxiliary rooms of the house. The private program will be closely connected to the nature of the upper level, and the spaces intended to receive guests will be connected to the large platform and porch created under the house and the slope.
