Conversion of 42 m2 of usable space into a multifunctional space full of life and filled with the warmth of light
This small house located near Madrid Río Park seeks to turn its biggest handicap into its greatest virtue.
This comprehensive renovation takes advantage of the two openings onto the street to create an open multi-purpose space where you can live during the day, leaving the bedroom and bathroom of the house in the background.
The house is accessed from the opposite side of this multi-purpose space that houses the main living room, the kitchen with an island to use as a dining room and a space to work on days of teleworking.
The hall allows a quick distribution between the bedroom, the bathroom and the distributor that gives access to the multi-purpose space. This distributor contains a side of built-in wardrobes that solve the lack of storage space inside the house that is close to 42 m2.
A space to live vs. A space to sleep. A clear duality that the project solves, taking advantage of the maximum light and possibilities.
